Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and exceptional circumstances) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped including tracking number where relevant.
Should unexpected issues result in a delay of order processing more than three days after your initial order we will contact you via email for further information and an updated shipping date or option of refund.
Republic of Ireland Shipping
Shipping to addresses in the Republic of Ireland is €7.
Free shipping is currently offered to orders over €90.
Particularly fragile products may require extra packaging and carry a shipping charge of €9.50. This will be clearly outlined at checkout before payment is taken.
Northern Ireland Shipping
Shipping to addresses in Northern Ireland is £9.
Free shipping is currently offered to orders over £125.
Particularly fragile products may require extra packaging and carry a shipping charge of £12.50. This will be clearly outlined at checkout before payment is taken.
International Shipping
At this time we ship only within island of Ireland (including Northern Ireland).
If you wish to discuss international shipping please email hannah@clan.studio and I will do my very best to accomodate.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hannah@clan.studio with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount. Generally we do not generate return labels on behalf of customers however if you require this type of service please contact us to see if we can arrange something. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hannah@clan.studio with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution!

We are responsible for processing orders only. Issues pertaining to postal service / third party courier delivery status remain outside the control of clan.studio. We will endeavour to assist customers with orders places as best possible should unexpected issues affect completed purchases.
